SABA SPA & DETOX - Exfoliation, lymphatic drainage Style Massage

Detoxify with a body brush scrub, sloughing away dead skin cells, stimulating the removal of toxins and helping to smooth cellulite and dry skin. A lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymphatic system, enhancing detoxification and inflammation. Scheduled Group classes are open to all levels and include a variety of meditation, breathing & physical activity.

• Wednesday at 6.30pm - Mango Bay Resort - By the Pool.
• Sunday at 10.00am - Bay Sports Club - Inside the Squash Court. Next to Sugarcane Restaurant (perhaps float to lunch after Yoga!).
