Skin brushing is a great way to slough away dead skin cells, stimulating the lymphatic system and circulation at the same time. Eliminating toxins and leaving your skin smooth and holiday ready! 

Using an organic, natural dry body brush, we will exfoliate your skin, promote your lymph, helping your body metabolise toxins, discourage fluid retention and cellulite. We then hydrate the skin and relax the body with a flowing lymphatic drainage massage, helping clear the body’s meridians (energy lines), using Organic coconut & Essential oils,


VOYAGERS EXPRESS

When our life force energy is low we are more likely to get sick, stressed and overwhelmed. Drift away as your therapist tends to your hands and feet, during these perfectly devised treatments, tailor made to your needs. Using our rituals to include Reflexology and Shiatsu pressure point massage, organic coconut oil, coconut sugar, hibiscus and ceylon cinnamon to help the blood circulation, exfoliate and improve the elasticity of skin, giving the skin and nails a healthy glow…

Scheduled Group classes are open to all levels, to include a variety of meditation, breathing & physical activity.

  • Tuesday at 9.00am - SABA ROCK -  On the upper deck. 
  • Wednesday at 6.30pm - Centre For Excellence -  Spanish Town, opposite 'Old Yard Village'.
  • Sunday at 10.00am - Bay Sports Club - Inside the Squash Court. Next to Sugarcane Restaurant (perhaps float to lunch after Yoga!).
